Q. What types of laboratory tests or assays do you perform?
A. Our bioanalytical laboratory has man non-proprietary bioanalytical methods for small and large molecules. We have the expertise to develop new methods and perform validations for bioanalytical or product testing applications.
Q. How much is the sample price?
A. Our sample prices will vary depending on method availability, number of samples, matrix, analyte or metabolites that need measured. We can provide additional details and offer very competitive pricing.
Q. Where do I ship my samples?
A. We are located in the School of Pharmacy, Department of Pharmaceutics, at 410 North 12th Street, room 322. When we receive samples, we ask that a chain of custody be provided, and if possible, electronic sample log files be sent. Shipping through Fedex or UPS, please provide a tracking number to ensure proper delivery.
Q. How do I ship my samples?
A. Please follow proper protocols for shipment of dangerous goods including proper labeling of dry ice packaging. As mentioned before, please provide electronic and hard copies of sample logs so that we can match up what is on every sample received.
Q. How are payments received?
A. A check or journal voucher (VCU Departments only) are preferred. Checks can be made to: Virginia Commonwealth University and send to PO 980533, Richmond, VA. 23298, Attn: Dr. Matthew Halquist/Dept. of Pharmaceutics.
